Lehimli Eşanjör Nedir?

Sızdırmazlığın önemli olduğu ve/veya çok yüksek sıcaklıkların söz konusu olduğu uygulamalarda, klasik contalı eşanjörler yerine MIT Lehimli Isı Eşanjörleri kullanılır. Lehimli eşanjörler soğutma ünitelerinde evaporatör ve konderser olarak, ısıtma uygulamalarında ise ani ısıtıcı olarak kullanılır.

MIT Plakalı Eşanjörler, aralarında sıcaklık farkı bulunan iki farklı akışkan arasında ısı transferi yapma prensibine göre çalışan cihazlardır.

Havuz eşanjör nedir?

MIT havuz eşanjörleri ısı kaynağından aldıkları sıcak su ile havuzdaki soğuk su arasında ısı transferini sağlar ve soğuyan suyu tekrar ısınmak üzere ısı kaynağına aktarır. MIT havuz eşanjörleri sisteme zarar verecek maddeler sistemden uzak tutarak havuzun sağlıklı ve uzun ömürlü olmasını sağlar.

Plaka eşanjör nasıl çalışır?

Plakalı Eşanjör içindeki plakaların fonksiyonu, akışkanları birbirine karıştırmadan ısıtıcı akışkandan ısınacak akışkana ısı transferi sağlamaktır. Bu plakaların kanallı yapısı akışkanın yüksek türbülanslı şekilde hareket etmesini sağlar.

WATER COOLED GRILL

Cracking or melting problems may arise due to high temperature in conventional boilers using cast iron grates. These problems are serious problems that create replacement and renovation costs. In MIT solid fuel manually loaded central system hot water boilers, Ekin Industrial Patented “Water Cooled Grid System” is used to prevent these problems and possible modification/replacement costs. Another advantage of this grate system is that it creates an additional heat transfer surface, increasing the boiler efficiency and reducing fuel costs.

FLAME BREAKER (TURBULATOR)

Window-type turbulators (flame breaker) are located in the second transition pipes. Thanks to this flame breaker, combustion efficiency increases and fuel consumption decreases.

BOILER FRONT COVER

Patented water-cooled cover system is used in all MIT solid, liquid and gas fueled central system hot water boilers. In this system, the service life is longer than the caps using refractory material. In addition, since the risk of failure is much lower, service costs are also lower. One of the most important advantages of this patented system is the recovery of the energy that would normally leave the system as heat loss by transferring it to the installation water. Thanks to this cycle, fuel consumption costs are also reduced.
