WaTER And Oil Type Mold Conditioners, Heat Regulators
The word thermoregulator consist of the combination of the words "thermal" and "regulator" and they are machines that make heat regulation on their name.
Thermoregulators are used as tools that provide the necessary precision, especially in applications where the temperature needs to be regulated very specifically, such as mold cooling and heating processes. In the mold industry, high quality products can only be obtained thanks to this sensitivity. Thermoregulators which are developed by MIT engineers are also designed to perform sensitive heating and cooling gradually.
There are many different mold techniques and all of them use thermoregulators as a heat regulator. For example, the mold temperature required in plastic injection machines is different during filling and after filling. The mold must be at a high temperature so that the high temperature liquid does not freeze while filling the mold and its structure does not deteriorate, and the mold must be cold in order for it to solidify in the most appropriate time after filling and be ready to leave the mold. For this reason, MIT Thermoregulators (heat regulators) are frequently used in plastic injection machines to provide thermal balance.
It is essential to use a quality thermoregulator to produce quality products with plastic mold injection. In order for the plastic in liquid form to remain liquid, it first needs a stable heat balance and then rapid cooling to freeze. It is almost impossible to fulfill these two conditions without using a thermoregulator. MIT branded thermoregulators provide this optimization with resistances in the heating part and with the cooling water to be connected from the chiller line in the cooling part. In cases where cooling water cannot be provided, complete MIT Branded cooling systems are installed to complement the thermoregulator. Thanks to this working principle, efficiency increases, energy consumption decreases, most importantly, time is saved and production capacity increases.
