Mitrogen steam generators are high performance products developed with the latest technology. Their most important features are that they have a very short steam production time and they produce steam economically. It is extremely suitable for full automation system control as it is controlled by PLC control system. Steam temperature, flue gas temperature and all functions can be continuously monitored from the advanced automation table.
It is possible to get purified steam from the water thanks to the special separator in the Mitrogen steam generators. Feed water pump and water softener devices designed for steam generators are also supplied with the generator. These steam generators, which are designed to operate smoothly despite all possible adverse conditions, are equipped with extraordinary safety measures.
It is shipped with all its armatures (including the burner). It is put into operation by our expert engineers and technical service. Since the water volume is extremely small, it is possible to use it in places where people are employed.
OPTIONAL MITROGEN DEAGASER APPLICATION
Oxygen and carbon dioxide gases dissolved in the feed water in steam systems cause corrosion on metal surfaces in steam systems in the form of pores and melts.
These gases, which are dissolved in the mitrogen degassers, are automatically ejected, thus protecting the system. Degasser feed water is heated up to 102 °C. By keeping the feed water at 102 °C, removing oxygen and carbon dioxide and preventing heat fluctuations in the steam generator, 3% to 5% fuel savings are achieved.
