Solid Fuel Four Pass Full Automatic Floor Heating
FKSB Series Boilers; solid fuel, fully automatic loading, prismatic body, head and tube bundle, four-pass boilers. It has 3 different sub-models in the capacity range of 30,000 kcal/h (35 kW) and 60,000 kcal/h (70 kW). The fan-controlled combustion system ensures that all of the fuel is in contact with the air. Therefore, the rate of unburned coal is very low.

Automatic Fuel Loading System
While the fuel is loaded from the bottom by means of a spiral, the combustion continues at the top. With the special design of the screw loading system, the passage of smoke from the spiral pipe to the bunker is prevented and efficient combustion is ensured. At the same time, fuel consumption is reduced because there is no under or over loading caused by burner faults.
Automatic and Manual Loading
While burning hazelnut charcoal in the size of 10-25 mm, it is also designed to burn low-calorie domestic coal and wood-type fuels in a highly efficient and environmentally friendly manner with the possibility of manual loading and burning on the water grill.
Automatic Ignition System
To ignite the coal, wood, kindling, matches, etc. The automatic ignition system, which does not need to be used, ignites the coal in a short time with a button and is automatically deactivated when the process is completed.
Automatic Mixing
With the automatic mixing device on the crucible, the coal in the upper part of the crucible is constantly mixed during combustion, preventing slag that may form on it and at the same time increasing the combustion efficiency.
Automatic Ash Removal
Ash and slag spilled from the crucible as a result of combustion are transported to the ash chest at the front with the spiral shaft system. The wastes accumulated in the ash chest are easily and effortlessly removed from the boiler room.
