Solid Fuel Three Pass Automatic Loading (Stoker) Floor Heating
OKS Series boilers; solid fuel, automatic loading, semi-cylindrical and three-pass boilers. It has 7 different sub-models in the capacity range of 25,000 kcal/h (29 kW) and 15,000 kcal/h (174 kW). It performs complete combustion thanks to the air carried through the secondary air channels in the combustion chamber. Therefore, the rate of unburned coal is very low. Thanks to its three-pass design, it can burn low-calorie domestic coal and wood type fuels in a highly efficient and environmentally friendly way. It provides maximum heat transfer and fuel saving by distributing the obtained heat equally to all surfaces.
In OKS model boilers; It has an automatic fuel loading system. While fuel is loaded to the boiler from the bottom by means of a spiral, combustion continues at the top. With the special design of the screw loading system, the passage of smoke from the spiral pipe to the bunker is prevented and efficient combustion is ensured. At the same time, fuel consumption is reduced as there is no under or over loading caused by burner faults.
