Boiler Systems - TWG Series

Gas Fired Two Pass (Counter Pressure) Hot Water Boiler

TWG Series gas fired (back pressure) steel hot water boilers; It has been specially designed to be used for many years in central heating systems with its high combustion efficiency, low flue gas emission values and small dimensions.

In the TWG model, which has a two-pass design, the flame coming out of the burner barrel moves through the furnace (combustion chamber) and hits the opposite mirror (surface). As a result of this impact, the gases in the flame, which returns to the direction it came from, meet again with the burner flame in the same cell. With this encounter, the unburned or half-burned gas particles in it burn again and leave their energy and turn into heat. Gases burning with high pressure in the burner in the furnace (combustion chamber) are transported to the back smoke chest with the smoke pipes, and then to the chimney by hitting the front cover.
