New Generation Gasketed Heat Exchanger
"There is always something better." We developed the 3-Channel Gasket System as a result of our R&D studies, in which we questioned the current gasketed heat exchanger technology with the motto. Our new generation heat exchangers, which we produce with an understanding of innovation that includes not only introducing a new product but also developing an existing one, provide more efficient heat transfer than the previous generation, thanks to the 3-Channel Gasket System, with higher corrosion resistance and longer life.

Triple Flexible Compression Channels
Thanks to the three symmetrical pressing surfaces we have created in the new system, we prevent permanent deformation on the main gasket body. Thanks to the elasticity of the ducts, even if deformation occurs on the ducts over time, the permanence rate of these deformations is low. This ensures that there is no need for gasket changes in the maintenance of the heat exchangers. Therefore, this system extends the life of the heat exchanger and reduces spare part costs.
Thin Section Pressing Surface
In standard gasketed heat exchangers, the surfaces pressing the previous plate are thick-sectioned. In the 3-Channel Gasket System, on the other hand, the upper surfaces of the gaskets are separated from the main gasket body in a V shape, creating a thin-section pressing surface. This thin section also makes the heat exchanger more resistant to possible pressure fluctuations.
