What is Blower?
Blowers are installation equipment that provides the transfer of air in the emissive environment at high flow or low pressure, and rotates the fan with the force it receives from the engine.
The fan inside the blowers rotates and vacuums the air in the suction part. The trapped air is then pushed towards the outlet side. Blowers are generally used to move air. MIT branded blowers provide the most reliable service for application areas in terms of size, performance and technology.
Blower Pump Advantages
- Maximum 2500 m3/h air flow
- Maximum pressure of 670 mbar
- Ability to work at high temperatures (maximum: 130°C)
- Provides a quiet working environment (50-85 dBA)
- Environmentally friendly thanks to oil-free operation
- Minimum level of vibration with dynamic balancing
- Easy and versatile assembly
What are the Blower Types?
Blowers are divided into two as single-stage and double-stage.
Single Stage Blowers
Single-stage blowers are a type of blower that varies between 40-1370 flow rates, 0-460 mbar pressures and engine powers between 0.2 - 18.5 kW.
Double Stage Blowers
Double-stage blowers are a type of blower that varies between 88-2500 flow rates, 0-670 mbar pressures and engine powers between 0.7 - 25 kW.
How to Select Blower?
The following information should be considered when choosing a blower.
- Required air flow
- If it will be used to transfer air, the positive pressure that the blower must overcome (such as mbar, bar, mSS)
- If it will be used for vacuum, the vacuum value of the blower (such as mbar, bar)
- Ambient temperature
