Solenoid Dosing Pumps
What is a Dosing Pump?

INJECTA Dosing pumps, acid, chlorine, liquid fertilizer, etc. it is a precision pump type designed to be used where chemicals need to be dosed.

Dosing Pump
Dosing pumps can be called the type of pump that provides automatic dosing of certain chemicals for different purposes. In these pumps, which can also be called electronically operated electromagnet dosing pumps, the flow is provided by the movement of the diaphragm. With the impulse coming from the electronic circuit, the magnet pulls the diaphragm piston and thus the maximum stroke is formed, the diaphragm connected to the steel core pushes the solution to the pump head. The suction check valve at the suction port is closed, the discharge check valve at the discharge port is opened and the solution is pressed into the discharge hose. After the magnetization is finished, the suction check valve opens, the discharge check valve closes, so that the liquid is drawn to the pump head. Frequency adjustment should be done slowly. As a result, the dosing process is realized by the dosing pump.

Dosing Pump Features
