CIP (Clean in Place) systems are systems that provide cleaning in the production line in order to eliminate the pollution in production and offer solutions in the food field.
The CIP unit, which allows pre/post production line cleaning (sanitation) on-site, is not only suitable for use in the dairy industry, but also in the beverage, carbonated drinks and ready-to-eat food industry.
The main feature of all CIP models is that they ensure the circulation of water and washing chemical within the system. These systems, which operate fully automatically, have a conductivity meter device in order to save chemicals.
The chemical is recovered with the chemical solution tanks, which are part of the system. CIP systems can be designed with different capacities and features according to the requirement. It can have a capacity between 7,000 l/h and 50,000 l/h, as well as supporting multiple chemical types, thermal sanitation or chemical disinfection options.
