Fruit Juice & Syrup Preparation Unit is a unit designed for the preparation of products such as fruit juice and nectar before pasteurization.
It is a fully automatic system for mixing the required amounts of sugar syrup, fruit concentrate, water and acidity regulators in the right proportions according to the recipe. After completing this process, the product is ready for pasteurization in the final syrup tanks.
The system consists of control panel, sugar dissolving unit, concentrated dosing unit and final product tanks and valve field groups that connect them to the lines.
